Reading Nights on January 24 and 25

Two evenings dedicated to reading in January:

Friday, January 24 Olivier de Boisgelin reads texts by Giono (1h)

Saturday, January 25 at 6pm, English texts will be read (1h)

On Saturday January 25 at 8pm, Susan Glaspell’s one-act play “Broutilles” (Trifles) will be read in French (1h). Susan Glaspell, an American writer and journalist, is now universally acclaimed as a classic of American theater, and is studied at all universities, in literature, law and gender studies courses. A denunciation of the oppression and social invisibility suffered by women in the early 20th century. For those interested, the play will be followed by a discussion.
